At this conference, Murata focused on presenting a variety of power modules, noise suppressor components and sensor products, in order to meet the high energy efficiency requirements of the industry as data center technologies continue to evolve.
Power supply and battery solutions
Murata's power supply products can offer power solutions based on the OCP standard. The MWOCES-191-P-D product introduced this time is a 33kW, 19" 1RU, ORV3 compatible power box, providing power supply for up to 6 67mm 1U PSUs and 1 remote management unit (RMU). In terms of PSUs, the MWOCP67-5500-B-RM introduced this time is an excellent ORV3 front-end PSU with a 50.5V/5.5kW output and a peak efficiency greater than 97.5%. In addition, Murata also brings products including power distribution units, M-CRPS power modules, DC/DC power bricks, and cylindrical lithium-ion cells, covering power management from power supply to battery cells, providing customers with a comprehensive and stable power supply solution.
2. Integrated Package Solution
MURATA's integrated packaging solutions are specifically designed for high-performance power modules and semiconductor packaging applications. They embed capacitive and inductive components into the circuit board, effectively reducing the PDN impedance. The built-in through-hole connection method of the capacitors supports the vertical power supply architecture, further enhancing the power supply efficiency, optimizing the board layout and power integrity. MURATA's integrated packaging solutions are applicable to power modules up to 1000A and high-performance IC packaging, and can be widely used in terminal devices such as servers, AI accelerators, and optical modules that are sensitive to power consumption and space. The modular design helps to miniaturize the system and achieve high energy efficiency operation, providing effective support for data centers and computing platforms.
3. Inductor product range suitable for optoelectronic applications:
The Bias-T inductor solution of Murata features outstanding wideband insertion loss performance, which is suitable for applications such as high-speed optical transceivers that have strict requirements for high-frequency response. It also takes into account both performance and space utilization. The DC/DC voltage reduction inductor solution of Murata can meet the multiple demands of equipment for small size, low height (T=0.8mm. Max), and large current capacity. In addition, Murata has introduced small-sized, high-performance LC filtering solutions suitable for switch optical interfaces, as well as BLE series iron oxide magnetic beads suitable for network equipment, base stations, etc., with diverse product combinations, fully meeting the diversified development needs of network communication equipment.
4. Air pressure sensor:
At the site, Murata also brought along pressure sensing and other components. The Murata pressure sensor developed based on capacitive MEMS technology has the features of being waterproof, having low noise, and high precision. It includes temperature compensation and can perform tilt detection, making it particularly suitable for water-cooled systems.
