Chinese entity emphasizes legal and independent operation
Anspec Semiconductor stated in the letter that its Chinese entity is a company rooted in China with a global strategic perspective. It strictly complies with Chinese laws and adheres to legal, compliant and independent operation. The letter said that currently, all production and operation activities in the Chinese region are progressing smoothly, and the board of directors, management team and all employees are fully committed to ensuring the stability of the customer supply chain.
However, the letter also pointed out that the current management of Dutch Anstek Semiconductor disregarded the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese entities. They not only attempted to disrupt the company's normal operations, but also spread false information to customers. These actions included questioning the product's compliance, quality standards, and technical capabilities without any basis, attempting to mislead the public and interfere with customers' normal purchasing decisions. The Chinese entity of Anstek Semiconductor firmly opposes this and stated that it will take all legal measures to safeguard its own rights and interests.
Commit to product quality and stable supply, and appeal to customers for continuous trust
Although acknowledging the complexity of the external environment, the Chinese entity of En-Si Semiconductor has stated in the letter that ensuring the continuity of customer production is the top priority at this stage. The company solemnly promises that all products produced and delivered in China fully comply with Chinese laws, regulations and supervision requirements, meet En-Si's consistent technical standards, production processes and quality requirements, and pass strict quality inspections before leaving the factory.
The letter also stated that any subsequent changes or adjustments to product supply, production processes or technical standards will be communicated to customers in advance through the normal process. The An Shi Semiconductor Chinese entity urges customers to maintain close and transparent communication, expecting the same level of trust and support as before. Both parties will work together to maintain the long-term stability and resilience of the supply chain and jointly address future challenges and opportunities.
