In its latest official statement titled "On the Dispute Over Control of Nexperia Semiconductor and the Stability of the Global Chip Supply Chain," Wingtech Technology emphasized: "The open letter issued by Nexperia Netherlands to the leadership of Nexperia China on November 27 contains numerous misleading false accusations and misinformation, further reflecting Nexperia Netherlands’ evasion of responsibility, avoidance of the core issues, and a lack of sincerity in properly resolving this matter."  

Following the open letter from Nexperia Netherlands to Nexperia China’s leadership on November 27, Wingtech Technology released the aforementioned statement on November 28. The statement stressed that "the letter includes a significant amount of misleading false claims and misinformation, further demonstrating Nexperia Netherlands’ attempt to shirk responsibility, sidestep the issues, and its lack of genuine commitment to resolving this matter appropriately."  

This marks the third statement issued by Wingtech within a week.  

On November 19, after Dutch Economic Affairs Minister Karemans announced the suspension of the administrative order targeting Nexperia, Wingtech released a statement on the evening of November 20 titled "Wingtech’s Statement on the Suspension of the Administrative Order by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs." On the evening of November 23, Wingtech further issued a statement through its official channels titled "Urging Nexperia Netherlands to Seriously Engage in Communication and Resolve the Control Issue to Safeguard Global Supply Chain Stability," emphasizing that despite the company’s repeated goodwill efforts, Nexperia Netherlands has yet to provide a substantive response to the communication proposals, which could pose a potential threat to the stability of the global semiconductor supply chain.
