Describe：Linear Constant Current Regulator (CCR) / LED Driver, employing self-biased transistor (SBT) technology, is specifically designed to provide an economical and efficient solution for LED current regulation. This device can regulate the current within a wide voltage range, with an output voltage of up to 45V, a constant output current of 20mA, and an accuracy of ±10%. It features a negative temperature coefficient characteristic, which protects LEDs from thermal runaway under extreme voltage and current conditions. It requires only 0.5V of anode-cathode voltage to be turned on and can achieve 25% of the current regulation. No external components are needed and it can be designed as a high-end or low-end regulator. The total power dissipation is 460mW, and it is packaged in SOD-123 surface mount technology, with a working junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It complies with AEC-Q101 automotive-grade certification and has obtained UL94-V0 flame retardant grade certification.
