Describe：High-speed CMOS eight-channel bus buffer / line driver with tri-state output and non-inverting. This device is a member of the M74HC540/HC541 series and is manufactured using silicon gate C2MOS technology. As a non-inverting buffer, it is ideal for driving bus lines or buffering memory address registers. The output control section is designed as a dual-input AND gate, with both output enable pins (G1 and G2) being low-active. When either enable terminal is high, all eight outputs enter a high-impedance state. The inputs and outputs are distributed on both sides of the package, facilitating PCB layout and routing. The device is available in SOP-20 packaging, with an output drive capability of up to 6mA, capable of directly driving 15 LSTTL loads. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, making it suitable for industrial and military-grade harsh environments.
