Describe:CD4066BPWR is a CMOS four-channel bidirectional analog switch launched by Texas Instruments. It adopts a TSSOP-14 surface mount packaging. This device contains four independent single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches, each with its own control pin, and can be used for the transmission of analog or digital signals, as well as for multiplexing/demultiplexing. This device is compatible with the classic CD4016B pins, but it has a lower on-resistance (240Ω) and the on-resistance remains relatively constant throughout the input signal range. Its operating voltage range is 3V to 18V and it supports single power supply. The switching bandwidth is up to 40MHz and the crosstalk is as low as -50dB (@8MHz). The off-state leakage current is as low as 10pA (typical value), and it has an extremely high input impedance (10¹²Ω typical value). It adopts a 14-pin TSSOP package, with a working temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It complies with RoHS standards and is lead-free and environmentally friendly. The pin surface treatment is NiPdAu. It is suitable for industrial and communication applications such as signal routing and multiplexing.
