Describe：LTC2620CGN#PBF is a 12-bit rail-to-rail output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with eight channels, introduced by ADI (formerly Linear Technology). It is packaged in a 16-pin narrow SSOP. This device incorporates a high-performance output buffer, ensuring monotonicity over the entire temperature range, and is powered by a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply. This DAC adopts a simple SPI/MICROWIRE compatible 3-wire serial interface with a clock rate up to 50MHz. It supports cascading (Daisy-chain) function and a hardware reset (CLR) pin. Each channel consumes only 250µA at 3V, and supports independent channel shutdown. The shutdown mode power consumption is as low as 1µA. An integrated power-on reset circuit is provided to ensure that the output remains at zero level until an effective write operation is performed upon power-on. The typical setup time of this device is 7 µs, the INL is ±0.75 LSB, the inter-channel crosstalk is less than 10 µV, and the rail-to-rail output drive capability is ±15 mA. The operating temperature range is from 0°C to 70°C, and it is suitable for precise multi-channel analog output applications in mobile communications, process control, industrial automation, etc.
