Describe：REF195GRUZ is a precise, low-power, low-dropout (LDV) series-connected voltage reference source launched by ADI. It adopts an 8-pin TSSOP micro surface-mount packaging. This device is part of the REF19x series and outputs a stable 5V voltage, capable of operating without external components. Main performance parameters: Output voltage 5V, initial accuracy up to ±0.2% (maximum value, i.e. 4.99V to 5.01V). Temperature coefficient selectable levels: 25ppm/°C (standard), and there is also a high-precision version with 10ppm/°C (REF195GRUZ-REEL7). Maximum output current 30mA, capable of driving various loads. Static current only 45µA (maximum value), further reduced to 15µA in sleep mode, significantly extending battery life. This device employs a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit and laser fine-tuning thin-film resistor technology to achieve excellent linearity and load regulation capabilities: line regulation of 4ppm/V, load regulation of 4ppm/mA. The input voltage range is from 5.1V to 15V. The low dropout characteristic allows it to operate normally when the input is only 100mV higher than the output. It has built-in short-circuit protection. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. Some performance parameters can be extended to +125°C.
