Describe:CS5534-BSZR is a high-integration 24-bit ΔΣ analog-to-digital converter (ADC) launched by Cirrus Logic, featuring a 24-pin SSOP surface-mount package. This device is specifically optimized for measuring low-level single-polarity or bipolar signals in weighing sensors, process control, scientific instruments, and medical applications. Main performance parameters: Resolution 24 bits, maximum sampling rate 3.84kSPS, non-linear error only 0.0007% FS. The device is equipped with a 4-channel differential input multiplexer (MUX), which can be configured as 2-channel or 4-channel differential input mode. The core advantage of this device is that it integrates a chopping-stabilized programmable gain instrumentation amplifier (PGIA), with gain selectable from 1× to 64×. At 64× gain, the input reference noise density is as low as 6nV/√Hz @ 0.1Hz (without 1/f noise). Combined with the ΔΣ modulator and digital filter, it can achieve up to 23-bit noise-free resolution. The communication interface is a 3-wire serial interface compatible with SPI and Microwire, with a Schmitt trigger on the SCLK input. An external voltage reference is used. The analog power supply supports ±3V or 0V to 5V (single power supply), the digital power supply supports 3V to 5V, and the maximum power consumption is 500mW. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C.
