Describe：AD620ANZ is a low-cost and high-precision instrumentation amplifier launched by ADI. It adopts an 8-pin PDIP through-hole package. This device can set the gain within the range of 1 to 10,000 by using only one external resistor, and its performance is superior to that of the discrete three-op-amp design. Key parameters: -3dB bandwidth 1 MHz, slew rate 1.2 V/µs. Supports dual power supply of ±2.3V to ±18V or single power supply of 4.6V to 36V operation, with the maximum power current being only 1.3 mA, and extremely low power consumption. This device is fabricated using the Superβeta process. The typical input bias current is only 500 pA, and the maximum input offset voltage is 30 µV. At 1 kHz, the input voltage noise is only 9 nV/√Hz, and the peak-to-peak noise in the 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz frequency range is 0.28 µV. It is highly suitable as a preamplifier.
