Describe：MURS160T3G is a 600V, 1A ultra-fast recovery power rectifier diode launched by ON Semiconductor. It adopts DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount packaging. This device is specifically designed for high-frequency rectification and commutation applications, featuring ultra-fast recovery characteristics, which can significantly reduce switching losses and electromagnetic interference. This diode employs a high-temperature glass passivation junction. The reverse repetitive peak voltage is 600V, the average forward current is 1A, and the non-repetitive peak forward surge current is 35A. The maximum forward voltage drop is 1.25V @ 1A, and the reverse recovery time is only 75ns. The reverse leakage current is extremely low, with a typical value of 5µA @ 600V. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C. The MSL level is Level-1, compliant with RoHS3 standards, lead-free.
