Describe：LM22676MR-ADJ/NOPB is a 42V, 3A buck-type DC-DC switching regulator from TI's SIMPLE SWITCHER® series. It features an 8-PowerSOIC (SO-8-EP) surface mount package. This device integrates a low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET, capable of delivering up to 3A of load current, with an efficiency exceeding 90%. This regulator supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 42V, and the output voltage is adjustable, with the minimum reaching 1.285V and the maximum up to 37V. Its fixed switching frequency is 500kHz, and it uses voltage mode control. Internal compensation enables it to be used with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
