Describe：TXU0204BQAR is a 4-bit, dual-power, in-phase fixed-direction voltage level conversion device launched by TI. It features a 14-pin WQFN (2.5mm × 3mm) ultra-small surface-mount packaging, specifically designed for single-direction signal conversion between different voltage domains. This device has two independent power rails: VCCA (port A) and VCCB (port B) can operate within a wide voltage range of 1.1V to 5.5V. This enables it to perform single-direction level conversion between any logic levels such as 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V. The transmission direction of each channel is fixed.
